Questions and Next Steps

Where do we begin?
We will send over our standard services agreement for the package that best suits you and collect signatures to start work. Then we'll send on-boarding homework for you to complete before the kick-off call with your dedicated launch manager.
What if I need something else?
Our packages are designed to meet a wide range of requirements, but we understand you're unique and we can work with you. Additional support, customization, apps, and configuration hours are available for all of our clients. As part of the kick-off we can help identify additional needs and scope those out at our normal billable rate.
Are there any other fees?
Yes, there are fees associated with your domain registration and the monthly Shopify costs. There may also be additional costs for purchasing a pre-built theme, apps to extend functionality, and third party integrations depending on the vendors you choose.
Can you help me after my site launches?
Absolutely! We recommend an engagement for at least a month after your shop launches, and we have monthly service packages available. We want to see you succeed with as little, or as much, help from us as you need, so we are also availabe for hourly or project based work after launch.
How do I pay for my shop?
We collect payment in three stages - one-third to get started, one-third of the payment in the middle of the project, and the final third due upon completion.
What about assessing my requirements?
Each package includes an on-boarding worksheet and kick-off call to get the standard information every shop needs. We're happy to discuss more complicated requirements and/or custom functionality for your project and have at our normal billable consultation rates.
